By increasing access to affordable housing, we can create more opportunities for residents to build a secure and prosperous future. Currently, the homeownership rate in Lowell stands at 43.2%(U.S. Census 2017-2021), and our residents deserve better.

By transitioning the city to run on clean, renewable energy sources, we will reduce carbon emissions and stimulate job growth in this thriving market. Our decisions will be grounded in science and aimed at achieving long-term sustainability.
