My name is Justin Ford and I’m running for City Council to represent the Lower Highlands.

I proudly invite you to join my campaign. As a veteran and a community advocate I’d like to continue to represent our community as your District, City Councilor. As a proud Lowell native, growing up as a multiracial citizen I’ve experienced the beauty of diversity. That is the very diversity I want to represent at City Hall. I am aware of the struggles facing our residents and I’m willing to do the work and continue to be a voice for the community. As someone who has endured homelessness in my youth, I am passionate about solving (finding real solutions to) the housing and homelessness crisis within our community.

I understand hard work and what it means to step up. I understand it requires a commitment to the people and a willingness to do the work.

I believe throughout my life I have demonstrated this commitment, whether it was representing the student body through the student government association at UMASS Lowell, to serving 5 years as a paralegal, in the United States Army. That work continued when I returned home to serve our community while working for several local nonprofits. Commitment to community is my passion. With your support we can build a District 6 that reflects our values.
